One Lane Living is here to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your housing experience.

Every step has been taken to ensure that we pass on quality housing to those who receive our service. 

Whether you are a first-time Guest to One Lane Living or a longstanding returning House Guest, we know that each stay with us is a chance for us to demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction and the pride we take in providing quality housing. 

Our team will do everything possible to ensure you’re comfortable with your housing and happy with the service you receive. But we also know sometimes things happen. 

IN CASE YOU WANT A REFUND ON YOUR STAY, WE HAVE SOME GUIDELINES WE NEED FOR YOU TO KEEP IN MIND:

 

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL

 

We offer NO CASH REFUNDS on Guest stays at our homes. ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL. One Lane Living ONLY provides in-house housing credit that maybe use at One Lane Living.

One Lane Living requires that the Guest submit any documentation to our team that may assist them in their refund claim. Keep in mind that no cash returns are provided so let us know if you have a concern immediately and we’ll take care of the problem!

If you have any concerns, please be sure to reach out to us at support@OneLaneLiving.com within 3 business days after your move-in. Any claims past that point may not be honored.

HOW TO CANCEL HOUSING

To cancel your housing complete the 24 Hour Move In Agreement and we will do our best to catch the request before administrative works starts. When contacting One Lane Living about your cancellation, please include your name, property location and move in date.

WE TAKE FRAUD SERIOUS

We take returns and chargebacks very seriously. If you attempt to defraud One Lane Living, expect criminal charges and a civil suit to follow. 

By receiving service with One Lane Living, you authorize One Lane Living to automatically charge the form of payment you have designated to pay for the services you received from One Lane Living in accordance with the payment schedule and terms of your Housing Agreement.

You agree and authorize One Lane Living to adjust the payments to reflect any late fees that occur during the term of the service.

If you have designated a charge card, you acknowledge the responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds in your bank account at the time of each scheduled debit. If there are insufficient funds in your account, you understand One Lane Living may charge a NSF fee and that One Lane Living may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 1 day to avoid cancellation.

You also understand that your services may cancel or expire due to nonpayment if an automatic payment is rejected.

You understand that this authorization will remain in full force and effect for the remainder of your stay or until One Lane Living has received a written notice from you of its termination.

You agree to notify One Lane Living of any changes to your charge card information or termination of this authorization at least 3 business days prior to the next billing date.

If your scheduled payment falls on a weekend or holiday, you understand that the payment still will be executed on the day you select in this agreement.

You acknowledge that the origination of transactions to your account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. You certify that you are an authorized user of this charge card/bank account and will not dispute the scheduled transactions with your bank or charge card company; provided the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this statement. One Lane Living reserves the right to terminate your authorization and cancel your services at any moment.
