Guest Screening All potential Guests are required to fill out an Online Application. The application must be completely filled out in order to be processed. The Guest's driver’s license or state ID, social security number, date of birth, address, source of income and references are all requested to be answered on the application.

Background ChecksBackground Checks are processed to confirm a Guest's housing abilities. 

References At One Lane Living we pay close attention to a Guest's housing history and we contact references to ensure the integrity of our housing practices.

Verify Income One Lane Living will contact the resource listed on the application to verify income and depending on the situation we may request documented proof.
