All Guests must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A valid government-issued ID is required for all Guests. Guest may not Check In if they are evading criminal legal action and are looking to stay at One Lane Living for refuge.
Our properties are smoke and vape free and is not allowed anywhere on the property.
Check in is any time after 3pm although rooms may be ready earlier. Registered Guests will receive an email on their arrival date with the room access code. All Check Ins are self-service and can be completed at any time, even late at night. Check Out must be done by 12pm.
We offer self Check In for confirmed reservations starting at 3pm. Detailed instructions will be emailed prior to your arrival date.
Yes. The bedding and towels will be on your bed when you arrive.

To cancel a reservation, change dates, or add dates, please send us a completed Reservation Response Form. We will email you to confirm if we can accommodate your changes.
You may receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your Check In date. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged for the first night.
Group reservations (booking more than one room) will receive details about cancellation and refund policies during the booking process.

At Check In, you are assigned a bunk. There may be up to 7 other Guests sharing the dorm with you depending on the dorm category. The bathroom (one shower, one sink, one toilet) is typically located within the dorm.
Yes, and it’s always free.
Many of our locations are pet friendly! Pets that are 75lbs or less are welcome at several of our hostels, and only accommodate Guests staying in private rooms. There is a one-time fee of $100 per stay if you bring your pet. For Guests staying in our shared dorm, pets are not allowed. There is a limit of one pet per room.
Yes. Many of our extended rates are offered at a discount for our long term Guests.
