To Cancel or Modify a Hostel Reservation without charge of the entire reservation, Guests need to request modifications via the selected booking website 48 hours before the check-in date.
In case Guests booked directly with One Lane Living, cancellation or modifications may be requested by replying to the email received at the time of the reservation.
If the Guest is a no-show by 1pm of the day of check-in the Guest will be charged for the entire reservation including fees and taxes and the bed will be subjected to resale.

If you booked through a third-party such as Booking.com or Hostelworld.com, you’ll need to work with that company directly for any cancelations or changes.
