Guests with a Representative Payee Services or Dedicated Agency Paying on their behalf must have their representative get in contact with One Lane Living as soon as their application is accepted.
1. MEET ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
+ At the time of submitting an Online Housing Application the Guest must not be in avoidance with the law or authorities due to criminal activity.
+ Agree to Housing Rules and Regulations.
2. APPLY ONLINE
+ Complete the Online Housing Application so that one of our team members may screen you.
3. INTAKE INTERVIEW + ORIENTATION
+ Upon filling out the Online Application, you will be contacted by a team member who will do an over the phone interview and answer any questions you may have.
+ Pay First Month’s Housing & Move In Fees
4. MOVE IN!
+ After the Online Housing Application approval, interview and paying of the up front fees, you will be welcomed to move in the home.
